Yes. We offer volume discounts on bulk embroidery digitizing orders and custom patches. Whether you have 10 designs or 500, contact our team for a custom quote — pricing per design drops significantly with larger volumes.
Yes. For orders placed between 7am and 1pm MST, we accommodate most same-day embroidery digitizing requests at no extra charge. Orders received after 1pm MST are typically completed by the following morning.
Once your embroidery digitizing file is complete, we email all requested formats directly to you — DST, PES, EMB, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, and more — in a single delivery. No need to request individual formats separately.
Any revision to improve the sew quality of your embroidery file is free — adjusting outlines, registration, stitch density, or underlay to improve the sew-out. Changes that alter the original artwork design may incur an additional fee.
Our standard embroidery digitizing turnaround is 6–12 hours for most orders. Complex artwork — including jacket back digitizing, portrait embroidery, and detailed multi-colour designs — may take up to one business day. Orders submitted after 1pm MST are typically ready by the following morning.
