Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer volume discounts on bulk embroidery digitizing orders and custom patches. Whether you have 10 designs or 500, contact our team for a custom quote — pricing per design drops significantly with larger volumes.

Yes! For orders placed between 7am and 1pm MST, we accommodate most same-day embroidery digitizing requests. For next-day turnaround, standard orders submitted by 1pm MST are typically delivered within 6–12 hours.

Once your embroidery digitizing file is complete, we email all requested formats directly to you — DST, PES, EMB, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, and more — in a single delivery.

Any revision to improve the sew quality of your embroidery file is free — adjusting outlines, registration, stitch density, or underlay. Changes that alter the original artwork design may incur an additional fee.
