Do you offer same day digitizing?
Yes! Between the hours of 6 am – 12 pm PST we can accommodate most Same-Day requests
How will I receive my file?
Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out. You can also access and download your files directly from your account.
What are acceptable changes after my file is delivered?
Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for all standard orders is one business day. However, we do offer rush services at no additional cost
