How will I receive my file?
Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out.
What are acceptable changes after my file is delivered?
Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard embroidery digitizing turnaround is 6–12 hours for most orders. Complex designs may take up to one business day. For same-day embroidery digitizing (7am–1pm MST), we accommodate most rush requests at no extra charge.
How do I get a free digitizing quote?

Change Policy
How can I submit my change request?
Send us an email at Design@threadgenix.com. If you are having issues with the sew-out please take a picture of your sew-out and send it to us with a description of the issues you are having.
How soon will I get my file back after requesting a change?
You will receive your file on the same day as your change request submission, provided it is made before 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time.
Is there a fee for my change request?
No, most changes are free. If you are having issues with your sew-out, your change request regarding sew-out is free of charge.
Is there an extra fee for a size change?
Typically, resizing within certain parameters does not incur an additional fee. However, if the adjustment necessitates re-digitization of the design, there will be an additional charge. For instance, transitioning a 3” wide left chest design to a full back design spanning approximately 12” wide will incur the full price for a full back, whereas transitioning a 3” wide design to a 6” design may only incur a $10 fee.
